bring a pencil, calculator, and
highlighter and have a few
extras on hand for those who
forget
Materials needed:
annual report containing full
financial statements or 10-k for
each person attending
Setup: classroom
style 2 persons per 6' table
two 6' schoolrooms tables in
front for two projectors
Panel table in front of room
with six chairs
Audio visual:
2 screens appropriate for the
size of audience
2 computer controlled
projectors
--set at correct distance to
fill screen
--place on schoolroom table if
not mounted on ceiling
--these screens should be side
by side touching each other in
the front of the room (they will
be used to display different
images)
one computer
connected to one of the
projectors; the instructor will
bring a second computer to use
with the second
projector
The screen
distance depends on the
projectors and the size of the
screen. To see how involved this

If the
projectors and screen belong to
your company ask someone who has
used these before. If you are
renting them from the hotel,
etc. ask them.
If the room is
not big enough please advise, we
may have another solution.
Suggested coffee
break setup (to be determined by
company):
7:30 coffee, tea, juice &
assorted pastries. Dr. Berk
likes Diet Coke.
12:00-12:45 lunch
-- may or may not be provided if
lunch is provided please be
advised that Dr. Berk is
allergic to
oregano
2:30 sodas,
coffee, tea & cookies (not
needed day 3 since we end at 3
PM that day)
Breakouts:
Breakout tables for entire
group-six per table (only if
space is available) -- room must
be set in classroom style and
breakouts in separate room or
separate part of classroom.
