CLASSROOM SETUP & BREAK INFORMATION

Ask attendees to bring a pencil, calculator, and highlighter and have a few extras on hand for those who forget

Materials needed: annual report containing full financial statements or 10-k for each person attending

Setup:  classroom style 2 persons per 6' table
two 6' schoolrooms tables in front for two projectors
Panel table in front of room with six chairs

Audio visual:
2 screens appropriate for the size of audience
2 computer controlled projectors
--set at correct distance to fill screen
--place on schoolroom table if not mounted on ceiling
--these screens should be side by side touching each other in the front of the room (they will be used to display different images)

one computer connected to one of the projectors; the instructor will bring a second computer to use with the second projector

The screen distance depends on the projectors and the size of the screen. To see how involved this is look at :
http://www.projectorcentral.com/projection-calculator.cfm

If the projectors and screen belong to your company ask someone who has used these before. If you are renting them from the hotel, etc. ask them.

If the room is not big enough please advise, we may have another solution.

Suggested coffee break setup (to be determined by company):
7:30 coffee, tea, juice & assorted pastries. Dr. Berk likes Diet Coke.

12:00-12:45 lunch -- may or may not be provided if lunch is provided please be advised that Dr. Berk is allergic to oregano

2:30 sodas, coffee, tea & cookies (not needed day 3 since we end at 3 PM that day)

Breakouts: Breakout tables for entire group-six per table (only if space is available) -- room must be set in classroom style and breakouts in separate room or separate part of classroom.
